The Company Self-Service Centre (CSSC) will be unavailable from May 8 to May 11

APEGA will be performing some systems updates and enhancements, resulting in the following systems being unavailable from May 8 at 5:00 PM MST until May 11 at 8:00 AM MST:

  • Member Self-Service Centre
  • Company Self-Service Centre
  • BoE Portal
  • Electronic Forms
  • Job Board
During this time:
  • Applicants will be unable to access to their application forms
  • References and validators will be unable to complete their forms
  • Members and permit holders will be unable to pay their dues
  • The board of examiners will be unable to review applications
  • Applicants will be unable to apply for exams from Member Self Service Centre
  • Members will be unable to submit their continuing Professional Development Hours
  • Guest account users will not have access to the Authentication Standard course
  • Permit holders will be unable to post job requests

Important Notice
APEGA strongly encourages Responsible Members and COOs to take the free Authenticating Professional Work Products online course so you can understand the revised practice standard and determine if your organization needs to make any changes to be in compliance. The revised standard is effective July 1, 2019, and enforcement by APEGA will start July 1, 2020.

The Company Self-Service Centre (CSSC) is a portal available to APEGA Permit Holder companies to perform the following functions:

  • View their estimated annual permit dues
  • Pay their annual permit dues
  • View and maintain the APEGA members associated with their permit
  • View and maintain all contact information associated with their permit
  • View and change the designated Chief Operating Officer
  • View and change any Responsible Members and view their approval status
  • View the Responsible Member date that they last attended the mandatory Permit to Practice Seminar
  • Voluntarily cancel the permit
