Permits Department CLOSED from January 25 to January 28

"The APEGA Permits Department will be closed from Friday, January 25 to Monday, January 28, while we undergo a system upgrade. During this time the Company Self-Service Centre (CSSC) will be unavailable. Permit holders will not be able to:

  • Reset their password in the CSSC
  • Pay any outstanding invoices
  • Add or Remove RM's
  • Update or search Member/Permit Holder information
  • Receive confirmation of dues reduction approval

Any requests for permit applications or P2P seminar declarations can still be sent to permits@apega.ca and stamp/seal orders can still be sent to stamps@apega.ca. APEGA staff will begin to process these requests when the Permits Department opens again on Tuesday, January 29th.

Please direct your inquiries in an email to permits@apega.ca and it will be responded to when Permits reopens. We apologize for the inconvenience."

Important Notice
APEGA strongly encourages Responsible Members and COOs to take the free Authenticating Professional Work Products online course so you can understand the revised practice standard and determine if your organization needs to make any changes to be in compliance. The revised standard is effective July 1, 2019, and enforcement by APEGA will start July 1, 2020.

The Company Self-Service Centre (CSSC) is a portal available to APEGA Permit Holder companies to perform the following functions:

  • View their estimated annual permit dues
  • Pay their annual permit dues
  • View and maintain the APEGA members associated with their permit
  • View and maintain all contact information associated with their permit
  • View and change the designated Chief Operating Officer
  • View and change any Responsible Members and view their approval status
  • View the Responsible Member date that they last attended the mandatory Permit to Practice Seminar
  • Voluntarily cancel the permit
